Apply for Internship Program

To join the internship program, the applicant should complete the following required documents:

1. Application Form (download)
2. Scan of Statement letter for funding (download)
3. Scan of statement letter for obeying UPI and Indonesian Rules (download)
4. Scan of Current health certificate
5. Scan of Passport (JPEG, see the example)
6. Scan of Passport Cover (JPEG, see the example)
7. Scan of Enrollment Letter from Home University
8. Scan of academic transcript for the completed semester in home university
9. Soft file Photo 3 cm x 4 
10. Preferably able to speak and write in Bahasa Indonesia.
