Step 1

Step 1

The international student applicants must register to UPI through DIA and complete the required documents.

The department/study program will receive the application after all the documents are completed.

The application selection process. The department/study program will issue Letter of Acceptance (LoA) to those who pass the selection process.

Step 4

Upon receiving the LoA, DIA will apply for the study permit to the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia.

The ministry will assess and give the decision whether to accept or refuse the study permit.

If accepted, DIA will forward the study permit to the department/study program who will issue a new student admission decision letter by the head of university.

International students will use the admission letter as reference for registration.
