Open registration for Undergraduate (3 November 2024 – 26 December 2024)
UPI provides 3 types of registration:
- Self-Finance
- Partial Tuition Waiver
- Full Tuition Waiver Scholarship
Tuition Fee

| Undergraduate | IDR 10,000,000.- | IDR 5,000,000. – | Free |
Living allowance, medical insurance, entry visa fee, immigration fees and other personal expenses will be the responsibility of the applicant.
Time Line
- Application Submission : 1 March – 30 May 2024
- Announcement of the Admission: 30 June 2024
- Student Visa Application: 1 July – 15 August 2024
- Arrival of Students: 16 August – 30 August 2024
Required Documents
Applicants are required to have submit the following documents and applicants should provide an English translation if the original document is not in English:
- Application Form (download), send it in Excel format
- Scan of Statement letter for funding (download), send it in JPEG
- Scan of statement letter for obeying UPI and Indonesian Rules (download), send it in JPEG
- Scan of Current health certificate (example of document), send it in JPEG
- Scan of Passport (send it in JPEG, see the example)
- Scan of completion certificate of the last educational background (send it in JPEG)
- Scan of academic transcript for the last educational background (send it in JPEG)
- Scan of Recommendation from the previous university (send it in JPEG)
- Scan of Recommendation from a lecturer in a previous university (send it in JPEG)
- Soft file Photo 4 cm x 6 cm (send it in JPEG)
- Study Plan (download), send it in PDF
- Scan of English Test Proficiency (TOEFL, IELTS, etc)
