UPI became the most participant in the 1st International Virtual Digital Art Exhibition to Fight Covid 19

The ASEAN Digital Art Society (ASEDAS) held the 1st International Virtual Digital Art Exhibition to Fight Covid-19, this is the first virtual digital art exhibition to counter the spread of Covid-19. This exhibition is open to the public, students, and lecturers. There were also even participants from other countries, such as Argentina, Azerbaijan, China, Indonesia, Iran, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, the Netherlands, Palestine, Poland, Russia, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, and Turkey.

The works in this digital exhibition go through a process of curation and judging. The work is curated by several curatorial teams, namely Dr. Nuning Damayanti (Indonesia), Assoc. Prof. A. Tarmizi Azizan (Malaysia), Ms. Sabina Oberholzer (Switzerland / International Curator).

Meanwhile, the judging process was carried out by ASEDAS internal and external jury. Internal judges consist of two countries, namely Malaysia and Indonesia. Judges from Malaysia, including Assoc. Prof. A. Tarmizi Azizan, Ts. Dr. Maria Mohammad, Dr. Jasni Dolah, Mr. Junaidi Awang, and Ms. Roziani Mohd Nasir. Meanwhile, judges from the Indonesian state consisted of Dr. Karna Mustaqim, Mr. Toni Masdiono, Mrs. Yunisa Fitri Andriani, S.Ds., M.Ds., Mrs. Maya Purnama Sari, and Mrs. Cindy, S.Sn., M.D. Also, there were invited judges, namely: Malaysia (Assoc. Prof. Ahamad Tarmizi Azizan, Dato Hilal Azman), Indonesia (Dr. Ariesa Pandanwangi, M.Sn., Dr. Farid Abdullah), Japan (Mr. Hitoshi Miura), China (Ms. Xu Wei), and Mexico (Mr. Jorge Gonzales Morales).
