Farewell ceremony for the participants of PPL-SILN, PPL-LN, and Student Exchange

On February 25, 2020, the farewell ceremony for PPL-SILN (Sekolah Indonesia Luar Negeri), PPL-LN (Luar Negeri), and Student Exchange programs was held in University Centre Building 1st floor. This event was attended by all participants of the program, the Vice President of UPI, the Head of Office of International Education and Relation (OIER), the head division of P2JK, and the supervisors of the participants.

For the PPL-SILN program, 22 participants will go to Indonesian School Abroad (Sekolah Indonesia Luar Negeri) Bangkok (Thailand), Davao (Phillipines), Kota Kinabalu (Malaysia), and Johor Bahru (Malaysia). For the PPL-LN program, 3 participants will be the interns of KJRI Johor Bahru (Malaysia), and 2 participants will be placed in KBRI Bangkok (Thailand). The participants of student exchange program will experience different atmosphere of studying in Malaysia; 2 participants  in Universiti Teknologi Mara and 3 participants in Universitas Sains Malaysia. When the program ends, all of the participants should present what they have done in their country of destination. 

“OIER wants to congratulate all of the participants for joining the programs. Please take care of your health, do not forget to wear mask especially in the airport,” said the Head of Office of International Education and Relations, Mr. Ahmad Bukhori, as the opening remarks of the event.

The Vice President of UPI also added, “Our Minister of Education, Nadiem Makariem, said that we have to be creative and want to take an action. That is why, our university will facilitate the students who want to study abroad.”
