Open Registration for Master’s and Doctoral Degrees (1 March – 16 May 2026)
UPI provides 3 types of registration:
- Self-Finance
- Partial Tuition Waiver*
- Full Tuition Waiver Scholarship*
*Living allowance, medical insurance, entry visa fee, immigration fees and other personal expenses will be the responsibility of the applicant.
Timeline
- Application Submission: 1 March 2026 – 19 May 2026
- Acceptance Announcement: 30 June 2026 – 4 July 2026
- E-30-B Visa Process: 5 July 2026 – 10 August 2026
- Student Arrival: 11 August 2026 – 17 August 2026
- Semester Period: 24 August 2026 – 7 December 2026
Required Documents
Applicants are required to have submit the following documents and applicants should provide an English translation if the original document is not in English:
- Scan of Statement letter for funding (download), send it in JPEG
- Scan of statement letter for obeying UPI and Indonesian Rules (download), send it in JPEG
- Scan of Current health certificate (example of document), send it in JPEG
- Scan of Passport (send it in JPEG, see the example)
- Scan of completion certificate of the last educational background (send it in JPEG)
- Scan of academic transcript for the last educational background (send it in JPEG)
- Scan of Recommendation from a lecturer in a previous university (send it in JPEG)
- Soft file Photo 4 cm x 6 cm (send it in JPEG)
- Study Plan (download), send it in PDF
- Scan of English Test Proficiency (TOEFL, IELTS, etc)
