Apply for Student Exchange Program

To join the student exchange program, the applicant should complete the following required documents:

1. Application Form (download)
2. Scan of Statement letter for funding (download)
3. Scan of statement letter for obeying UPI and Indonesian Rules (download)
4. Scan of Current health certificate
5. Scan of Passport
6. Scan of Passport Cover
7. Scan of Enrollment Letter from Home University
8. Scan of academic transcript for the completed semester in home university
9. Soft file Photo 4 cm x 6 cm with red background
10. Min. TOEFL score 500
11. Preferably able to speak and write in Bahasa Indonesia.
