Student visit discussion with Interface Education Group Malaysia

On February 20, 2020, a discussion about student visit from Interface Education Group (Malaysia) wash held at OIER Office 1st Floor. The discussion was between the Head of Office of International Education and Relations UPI, Ahmad Bukhori Muslim, Ph.D., and the representatives of Interface Education Group Malaysia, Norheriana Abdul Halim and Nur Zubairah.

Interface Education Group Malaysia is interested to send their students to Indonesia this year and collaborate with UPI specifically with the Faculty of Management. They want to make a simple seminar for Malaysian students under the Interface Education Group that will be taken a place in a hotel with two lecturers as the speakers. The two lecturers consist of one lecturer from Indonesia and one lecturer from Malaysia. The duration of the talk for each speaker is for about 4 hours, the duration of the seminar is for about 8 hours. The topic of the seminar will be about international business strategy.

“We also like to send our students to Malaysia. Malaysia is very convenient because it only takes one hour flight and our countries have so many similarities. Moreover, UPI is currently working on internationalization,we want to increase the number of inbound and outbound students. So, this is a good news for us,” said Ahmad Bukhori Muslim, Ph.D.

The students will be in Indonesia from June, 24-27, 2020, and the seminar will be on Thursday, June 25, 2020. The participants will be given the certificate. (Aida Hasanah)
