VCDLN Team Holds a Cooperation Workshop with PT Tichain South Korea and Disdikpora Cianjur Regency

Prof. Virtual Community Digital Learning Nusantara (VCDLN)-TVUPI Team, chaired byDr. Deni Darmawan, M.Sc., M.Kom., MCE. who is also the Head of UPI’s Public Relations Office, opened the “Learning Video Production Workshop in Support of the Independent Learning Program in the Cianjur Regency” which will take place on Tuesday and Wednesday (09-10-/08/2022). This workshop aims to support the Independent Learning program and work directly with the Education and Sports Office of Cianjur Regency.

The activity was held online and attended by educators from all over Cianjur Regency. Around 1700 teachers have registered for this activity. The teachers involved consisted of teachers at various levels of education ranging from PAUD to SMA/SMK or equivalent.

Opening a series of workshops, Prof. Deni said that this activity was an implementation of the cooperation from the signing of the cooperation that had been done previously with the Education and Sports Office of Cianjur Regency. “This Cianjur Regency is the 13th district as a collaboration area for the Matching Fund Kedai Reka – Reka Cipta VCDLN

 

The professor at the UPI Faculty of Education also advised that the teachers participating in the workshop could follow carefully every material given. “Hopefully in these two days the teachers participating in the workshop can provide support, be creative, collaborate, innovate, and become our common strength in building VCDLN, he said.

The Head of the Cianjur Regency Education and Sports Office, H. Akib Ibrahim, S.Pd., MM, welcomed this activity. “The Education Office is very grateful to UPI for providing opportunities for teachers to improve learning. Akib reasoned that the production of learning videos could be an alternative to the barriers to online learning that are currently being faced. Hopefully this program can be an alternative for teachers, especially in the regions, he concluded.

The workshop invites speakers from professionals in their respective fields. There are at least four presenters, namely Fitri Ayu, M.Pd., MCE. (Manufacturing of Learning Video Scripts), Siti Ahadiyah, M.Pd., MCE. (Manufacturing of Learning Video Manuscripts), Andri Yunardi, MIKom.
