The event took place at the University Center Building, 3rd Floor, and was attended by various relevant parties, including the Director of the Directorate of International Affairs of the University of Education Indonesia, Prof. Ahmad Bukhori Musli, PhD, along with other university leaders and deans of related faculties.

The event marked a significant moment in international cooperation between the University of Education Indonesia, La Rochelle Universite in France, and Padagogische Hochschule Heidelberg in Germany. The presence of students, both in the Student Exchange and Internship programs, served as tangible evidence of the increasingly close collaboration between these universities.

Discussions on regulations and obligations during their time at the university were also integral parts of the event.

The University of Education Indonesia hopes that the presence of international students at this welcoming event will make a positive contribution to the development of education and cross-cultural understanding within the campus environment. It is further hoped that this cooperation will continue to grow and yield significant benefits for all parties involved.

Participants from the Student Exchange programs at La Rochelle Universite in France and Padagogische Hochschule Heidelberg in Germany were present at the event.
